FIELD: manufacturing technology.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a injection molding device for the manufacture of at least one head of a tube, to the head of a tube, and to a method of head of a tube injection manufacturing. Head of the tube has a shoulder and a neck formed thereon with an opening for extrusion. Injection molding device comprises a shaping cavity (37) defining forming tool and an interacting with the forming tool nozzle (15). Nozzle (15) comprises a nozzle body (49) and a movable in the direction of the tube longitudinal axis valve needle (51), which consists of a rod (53) and a head (55) at the end. Valve needle (51) is surrounded by a first flow passage (63) through which the first component (64) of the material can be extruded. In the valve needle (51) retracted position, the nozzle (15) opening (72) is closed by its head (55), and in the extended position of the needle (51) it is released by the head (55). In the valve needle (51) extended position, an annular outlet (72) is formed, which, with the serving as an inlet, an annular gap (83) of the forming tool, creates a flow connection into the cavity (37).
