Electronic sealed-off gun includes a metal body, at the end of which there is a solid window for the output of electrons. Window consists of two plates: thin diamond and thick with through holes, made of heat-conducting material with a coefficient of thermal conductivity of more than 4 W/cm K. Surface of the window, facing the cathode, has a conductive coating electrically connected to the gun body.;EFFECT: technical result is the increase of reliability and simplification of technology while maintaining a high average power density and increasing the integral power.;7 cl, 3 dwg
