FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: combination of psychotherapeutic sessions with psychophysical loading, dynamic, static exercises and relaxing breathing exercises are is provided. At that, according to the results of the psychotherapeutic session, an image of the negative stressor, which is the cause of the patient's mental problems, is developed individually for this patient. During a psychophysical lesson, the above image of a negative stressor is used, intended for emotional striking by a patient using sports equipment of one of the martial arts, and being a sports projectile made of elastic material bearing the image of the negative stressor and fixed at the level of the patient's face and chest on a sports equipment.;EFFECT: method allows to develop a positive attitude towards healthy lifestyle, attracts to physical culture and sports, helps to reduce weight, and also gives a lasting effect in the body-oriented psychocorrection of behaviour through application of psychotherapeutic influences and sports techniques using the image of a negative stressor to relieve the emotional tension of past and upcoming psychotraumatic situations with formation of productive stereotypes of stressful behaviour, increased stress resistance, strengthening of motivation with a desire to change a way of life and to get rid of bad habits.;9 cl, 2 ex
