FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament in order to determine the anatomically advantageous place of formation of the femoral bone tunnel. Sighting device for determining the place of formation of the femoral bone tunnel with arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament is made in the form of an S-shaped plate with grooves for tight fit of the tip of the awl and with symmetrical working ends for the right knee joint or for the left knee joint. Each working end has a smooth one-sided narrowing of the thickness of the plate, a tooth oriented perpendicular to the surface of the plate, and a tooth oriented in the direction opposite to the one-sided narrowing of the thickness of the plate. Method of using the sighting device includes marking and forming a femoral tunnel and inserting into the knee joint the working end of the device corresponding to the side of the injury.;EFFECT: technical result consists in optimizing the conditions for performing arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament by increasing the accuracy and improving the reproducibility of the intervention.;2 cl, 6 dwg
