Invention, procedure for protection of the bone tendon during arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament, comprises of cutting the bone tendon from the healthy ligament of the patient that joins a kneecap (A) and a tibia (B) where the bone tendon, includes a ligament (1) on the endings (2) of which parts of the bones, the kneecap (A) and the tibia (B) are 10 cm long and are 10 cm diameter, and 0,5 mm thick. Upon drawing the spool into the tunnel (4), by means of a screw-driver (6) into the tunnel (4) in the femur (C), near endings (2) of the tendon thereupon are tied by threads (3) for easier drawing in into a tunnel (4) that is pierced in femur (C) and the tibia (B) where front crossed ligament is broken up, near the endings (2) a screw (7) is twisted, then surplus of bones around the ends of the tunnel (4) is removed along with a ligament (1). Before its introduction into the tunnel, a polyethylene thin pipe is drawn onto the spool and thereupon, polyethylene thin pipe (5) is drawn out and near the endings (2) that is set in the tibia (B), the screw (8) is twisted.;Pronalazak, postupak za zatitu kalema za vreme artroskopske rekonstrukcije prednjeg ukrtenog ligamenta, sastoji se iz isecanja kalema iz zdravog ligamenta pacijenta koji spaja aicu (A) kolena sa golenjaom (B), pri emu se kalem sastoji iz ligamenta (1) na ijim su krajevima (2) delovi kostiju aice kolena (A) i golenjae (B). Krajevi (2) kalema se zatim vezuju koncima (3) radi lakeg uvlaenja u tunel (4) koji je izbuen u butnoj kosti (C) i golenjai (B) na mestu pokidanog prednjeg ukrtenog ligamenta. Pre uvlaenja u tunel (4), na kalem se navlai polietilenska cevica (5) duine 10 cm prenika 10 mm i debljine 0,5 mm. Nakon uvlaenja kalema u tunel (4), pomou rafcigera (6) u tunel (4) u butnoj kosti (C) pored kraja (2) uvre se vijak (7), a zatim uklanja viak kostiju oko krajeva tunela (4) uz ligament (1).
