FIELD: safety systems.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing development of emergency situations. Disclosed is the emergency situation development forecasting method in the accident at explosive hazardous facility, which consists in using a monitoring system with processing of information received about the hazardous zone. In the test box, an explosive facility mock-up is installed, and along its internal and external perimeters video cameras are arranged for video monitoring over the emergency situation development. Accident in the explosive facility is simulated by explosive splintery element with explosion trigger mounting in the mock-up. Through the spacers inner cavity, outputs of video cameras are connected to the unit, by means of which change in the occurring in the model processes parameters is recorded and registered. In the model ceiling part an opening is made, which is closed by the explosion-proof element freely installed on three elastic pins, each of which one end is rigidly fixed in mock-up ceiling, and on the second the horizontal bar is fixed, between the explosive fragmentation element and opening setting the three-dimensional pressure sensor in the explosion-proof design, which output is connected to the recording and registration hardware unit input, and on the pressure sensor both sides locating the temperature and humidity sensors, controlling temperature and humidity conditions in the mockup, which outputs are also connected to the recording and registration hardware unit input, and the mock-up enclosures inner and outer surfaces are glued with the strain sensors, which outputs are also connected to recording and registering equipment hardware unit input, after the obtained experimental data processing, developing the information database on the emergency situation development during accident in the explosive hazardous facility and creating the mathematical model forecasting the emergency prevention during accident in the explosive hazardous facility.;EFFECT: increase in the process equipment protection effectiveness.;1 cl, 2 dwg
