The invention relates to an organic extract of lilium bulb for use in the treatment of pathologies requiring cellular remodelling or tissue repair. Said cutaneous disorders or pathologies requiring cellular remodelling or tissue repair are, in particular: - traumatic healing, keloidal scars, accelerated actinic ageing, burns and, in particular, burns due to radiotherapy and acne. The invention also relates to a composition for use in the treatment of pathologies requiring cellular remodelling or tissue repair, characterized in that said composition comprises an organic extract of lilium bulb as the active ingredient.
