The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for the production of a self-heating beauty mask with a simplified implementation method by manual stirring. The cosmetic composition is composed of calcium sulfate hemihydrate, agents capable of modifying the setting kinetics of the plaster, agents capable of reacting exothermically with water, a crosslinked starch and texturizing agents. The composition may be mixed with an aqueous phase in a double cup closed by the user to form a homogeneous paste applicable to the skin for a cosmetic treatment and which will generate heat throughout the treatment to allow vasodilatation of the pores skin and better penetration of assets.
