摘要

Inorganic particle with silicon fluoride hydrophobization is for hydrophobic property and oleophobic property. Hydrophobic inorganic particle of the invention includes that the residue derived from silicon fluoride is successively bonded with perfluoroalkyl in this way wherein the silicon atom is integrated to divalent organic linking group first. It has been found that mixing the ability that aforementioned divalent organic linking base can improve gained hydrophobic inorganic particle hydrophobic property and oleophobic property.
