The present invention concerns the generation of low antigenic livestock as source of animal derivatives for prevention and treatment in humans of allergic syndromes and chronic degenerative and autoimmune diseases caused by consumption of foodstuffs of animal origin or by receiving medical treatments containing livestock derived products.
