The invention patent relates to a formulation of a mixture especially designed for producing milk-free (milk protein-free and lactose-free), sugar-free and soy-free white chocolate with or without fibres in its composition, with a pleasant taste similar to that of conventional white chocolate, retaining the sweet taste of sugar and milk. The present formulation meets the needs of those who are lactose-intolerant and allergic to milk and soy proteins, who cannot consume sugar and gluten, and also of those who do not wish to eat chocolate containing sugar, milk, soy and gluten in its composition.
