The present invention relates to a method of electric balancing by vector synthesis applicable to three-phase generating systems. The method comprises obtaining the phase-to-neutral voltages (31), calculating the inverse voltage of the phase-to-neutral voltages (32), fixing the starting inverse sequence level (33) to zero and allowing the free angular displacement of the phase-to-neutral voltages available until the system of phase-to-phase voltages is balanced (34).
