To provide quicker and more sensitive BLV gene detection methods of which versatility is expected.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein are oligonucleotide primers designed on the basis of any base sequence selected from base sequences from #4826 to #6373 of BLV gene (SEQ ID NO:1, GenBank accession No.LC1604083) (hereinafter referred to as the target base sequence) or base sequences complementary thereto. Also disclosed are nucleic acid amplification methods such as LAMP method using these oligonucleotide primers. Most preferable Primer set 1 comprises IPF (SEQ ID NO:8), OPF (SEQ ID NO:2), IPB (SEQ ID NO: 9) and OPB (SEQ ID NO:7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
