To more appropriately calculate a feature amount of eye movement which can be used for determining a brain state or the like.SOLUTION: An eye movement feature amount calculation system 1 includes a computer 20. The computer 20 comprises: a moving state input unit 21 for inputting time-series moving state values representing a moving state of a subject's eye; a saccade period extraction unit 22 for extracting a saccade period in which the eye performs a saccadic movement on the basis of variation in the time-series moving state values; and a feature amount calculation unit 23 for dividing a period including at least a part of the extracted saccade period into a plurality of sub-periods, and calculating a feature amount of the eye movement of the subject on the basis of the sub-periods.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
