To provide an azeotropic composition, a pseudoazeotropic composition and a mixed composition each including 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-3-butanone that have a low impact on the environment and reduce the compositional change in use and during storage.SOLUTION: An azeotropic solvent composition is composed of 5.8 mass% of 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoro-3-butanone (HFK-354pc) and 94.2 mass% of perfluoropropoxy ethylene (PPVE). A pseudoazeotropic solvent composition is composed of 1.7 to 9.9 mass% of HFK-354pc and 90.1 to 98.3 mass% of PPVE. A mixed solvent composition contains 1 to 15 mass% of HFK-354pc and 85 to 99 mass% of PPVE.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
