PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant piping capable of suppressing corrosion in a refrigerant piping containing copper, a heat exchanger, and a manufacturing method for the refrigerant piping.;SOLUTION: There is provide a refrigerant piping having a piping body containing copper or copper alloy, and a rust preventive film formed on an outer surface of the pipping body, in which the rust preventive film is obtained by applying a coating agent in which (A) an organic sulfonate compound, (B) an organic acid ester compound of polyalcohol, and (C) one or more kind of rust preventive agent selected from a group consisting of an aliphatic amine compound having 8 to 24 carbon atoms onto the outer surface of the piping body, the coating agent contains (C) the aliphatic amine compound having 8 to 24 carbon atoms of 2.0 wt.% to 10.0 wt.% when the coating agent contains the rust preventive agent of (C) the aliphatic amine compound having 8 to 24 carbon atoms.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
