To provide a job offering target management program for enabling target management by easily grasping a situation of a job offering activity at early timing in a job offering period.SOLUTION: A target management screen 171 includes a recruitment attribute selection field 173 for selecting a recruitment attribute, and a job offering target management field 175. The recruitment attribute selection field 173 is a field for selecting a recruiting attribute of talent. The job offering target management field 175 displays the target number of persons of the recruitment attribute selected by the recruitment attribute selection field 173, and a recruitment period. The job offering target management field 175 performs graph displays of the number of applications from a job offering period to the present time, the number of interviews and the number of employment in each prescribed period (e.g., day). In the graph, days are on a horizontal axis, and the number of cases is on a vertical axis. An advertisement result display field 75 displays the target number of cases, information (e.g., the last day of the recruitment period) on the job offering period, the number of remaining days, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
