PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve supply speed and quantity accuracy of rice to a food material vessel.;SOLUTION: A food material supply device comprises: transport screw driving motors 42a, 42b for driving transport screws 23a, 23b; a loosening roller driving motor 44 for driving a loosening roller 24 which falls and loosens rice supplied to the transport screws 23a, 23b; a load cell 41 for measuring weight of the fallen rice; and a control part 45 for controlling the device so that a set weight of rice is fallen and supplied to a food material vessel S. The control part 45 executes a first control for controlling speed of the transport screw driving motor 42a to prescribed speed until the weight of rice reaches a prescribed measured value to the set weight, and then, executes a second control for reversing driving of the transport screw driving motor 42a, gradually reducing speed of the transport screw driving motor 42b and stopping the transport screw driving motor with the loosening roller driving motor 44 when the weight of the rice becomes the set weight.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
