PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve elongation of a life of a thomson blade and further to reduce variation in the life thereof.;SOLUTION: A thomson blade unit 100, which is fitted to a thomson cutting device for punching a sheet-like material into a prescribed shape, comprises: a base plate 1 which has a main surface 11; a mold block 2 which has an outer peripheral surface 23 along the prescribed shape, and is so fitted to the main surface 11 of the base plate 1 that the outer peripheral surface 23 becomes perpendicular to the main surface 11 of the base plate 1; a thomson blade 3 which has a belt-like shape having a blade tip edge 31 and a blade base edge 32, and is so fitted to the outer peripheral surface 23 of the mold block 2 that the blade base edge 32 is positioned on the main surface 11 side of the base plate 1; and a fitting mechanism which fits the thomson blade 3 to the mold block 2 so that a height of the blade tip edge 31 of the thomson blade 3 is adjustable with respect to the mold block 2.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
