To provide systems for providing embolic protection providing filtration of debris within a body lumen.SOLUTION: A system for providing embolic protection generally comprises: a guidewire having a first pressure sensor; a first sheath having a port; a first distal protection filter attached to a distal portion of the first sheath; a second sheath; and a second distal protection filter attached to a distal portion of the second sheath. In a deployed configuration, the first pressure sensor is axially disposed between the first distal protection filter and the second distal protection filter and axially aligned with the port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
