To provide a system and a method for analyzing an extracted sample using an extraction solvent which has immiscibility.SOLUTION: This invention indicates two immiscible phases of a liquid sample and an organic solvent, injected into a capillary tube which is followed by an extended tip. With assumption of different polarities of different phases, one or more subjects move from the sample into a solvent. The extraction process moves a liquid phase in the capillary tube in a cross direction by inclining the capillary tube or applying a gas pressure, for promoting micro-extraction, thereby the extraction process is promoted. The liquid phase may be pressed following to arrival of an extraction phase to the extended tip of the capillary tube, by applying a gas pressure from a gas generation device which may be coupled to a probe in an operative manner, a metal wire electrode is inserted into an extraction solvent, for applying a DC voltage for nano ESI.
