To provide a power transaction method and a power transaction system capable of improving the degree of freedom in power transaction.SOLUTION: A power transaction method in a power transaction system which comprises an intermediary terminal 30 mediating power transaction between a plurality of facilities which receive system power supply from a power company 10, includes receiving through the intermediary terminal 30 a first request of demand for distribution power generated by a power generator 23A of a second facility A from respective users of a plurality of first facilities B-E and receiving a second request for supplying the distribution power generated by the power generator 23A to the plurality of first facilities B-E from a user of the second facility A, and thereby adjusting supply of the distribution power generated by the power generator 23A from the second facility A to the plurality of first facilities B-E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
