PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of a supporting system for achieving a mechanism of a repair fund reserve aiming at a single-family residence.;SOLUTION: In a repair fund reserve system 1, concerning a repair reserve fund trust supporting system 10 in a proprietary company, a reserve fund equivalent of a user is transferred and entrusted into a trust account of a trust organization from a financial institution account of the proprietary company, by reception of a receipt notification of account transfer from a receipt engine system 14 for performing periodically account transfer of a reserve fund of a user from a financial institution account of the user to the financial institution account of the proprietary company. When receiving a cancellation instruction from a user terminal 12, redemption of trust money is instructed to a trust organization system 16, and the trust money redeemed by transfer of a canceled amount from the financial institution account of the proprietary company into the financial institution account of the user, is paid to the user.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
