PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cash flow in trust service.SOLUTION: In a trust supporting device 20, a money reception processing unit 222 detects payment for an article from a consumer 1 to a trust organization 3, then a trust accounting management unit 211 performs processing of trust setting that sets an amount of payment as an amount of benefit, and the money reception processing unit 222 transmits to a financial institution 4 a payment completion notification that instructs the financial institution 4 to finance an EC (Electronic Commerce) business operator 2 on security of a beneficial interest possessed by the EC business operator 2. Thus, the trust supporting device 20 supports escrow service for securing sales payment for articles.
