To request assistance to the other medical service worker without accompanying troublesome work by a medical service worker when there is a possibility that the medical service worker in response to an ME call needs assistance.SOLUTION: A nurse call master machine 3 includes: an ME call acquisition part 23 for acquiring an ME call signal output from medical equipment; an identification information acquisition part 22 for acquiring a medical service worker ID read by a reading device in a sickroom; a lapsed time measuring part 26 for measuring a lapsed time when one medical service worker ID read by the reading device related to the one room is acquired after an ME call signal related to the one room is acquired; and an assistance request notification part 27 for notifying a request of assistance of the other medical service worker when the one medical service worker ID is not again acquired even a lapsed time exceeds a prescribed time. When a prescribed time passes during an interval from room entrance to room exit by the medical service worker in response to an ME call, assistance can be automatically requested.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
