PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical service worker destination display system capable of allowing the work place and movement direction of each medical service worker to be recognized at a glance in realtime.SOLUTION: A medical service worker destination display system includes: radio communication media to be carried by respective medical service workers and transmitting at least previously set identification numbers at predetermined intervals; repeat means for receiving the identification numbers from the radio communication media at predetermined intervals by repeaters arranged at least at the three positions of polygonal shapes in corridors and respective hospital rooms, and transmitting the numbers to a host computer; a display terminal for displaying a destination display picture in realtime; and destination detection display means that is arranged in the host computer, generates destination display information at least indicating orientations so as to indicate medical service workers corresponding to the identification numbers to be obtained by referring to a previously registered medical service worker table at locations calculated based on reception signals received by the repeat means in a layout inside a predetermined hospital ward, and displays the destination display information on the display terminal.
