To provide thermally crosslinkable polyimide and a thermally cured product of the same, which can suppress thermal expansion in Z direction, while maintaining low heat expansion in an XY direction.SOLUTION: A thermally crosslinkable polyimide according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (1).
