To provide a defibrated product transportation device, a method of manufacturing a defibrated product transportation device, and a used paper recycling device, in which adhesion of a defibrated product to a flow path forming member is prevented.SOLUTION: It is a defibrated transportation device, comprising a flow passage forming member having a flow passage through which a fibrillated material obtained by disintegrating paper passes, and the fibrillated material is transported together with air in the flow passage. On the inner surface facing the flow path side of the passage forming member, a plurality of micro projections are continuously provided in each of a first direction and a second direction crossing each other, and the distance between the adjacent minute portions in the first direction is in the range of 0.1 μm to 1.0 μm, and the distance between the adjacent micro protrusions in the second direction is in the range of 0.1 μm to 1.0 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
