To provide a spin current magnetization reversal element capable of easily realizing the magnetization reversal without preventing a decrease in the degree of integration.SOLUTION: A spin current magnetization reversal element includes spin track torque wiring extending in a first direction, a first ferromagnetic layer disposed in a second direction intersecting the first direction of the spin track torque wiring, and a first magnetic field application layer spaced apart in the first direction of the first ferromagnetic layer and applying an assist magnetic field for assisting magnetization reversal of the first ferromagnetic layer to the first ferromagnetic layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
