PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy holder that facilitates attaching/detaching to clothing and that secures holding, and to provide a holder-attached toy.SOLUTION: The toy holder includes: a clothing fitting part 20a that is fitted to clothing 30; and a toy holding part 20b that attachably/detachably holds a toy 10. The clothing fitting part contains: a first wall 21; a second wall 22 that is arranged between it and the first wall with a space apart for inserting clothing; and a fixed operation part 23 having a projection 23b that is journaled by the first wall in a rockable manner and that, with the rocking, is moved inside the space in the inserting direction of the clothing into the space S and in the opposing direction of the first wall and the second wall. The fixed operation part is rockable in the first fixed position which holds clothing between the projection and the second wall and in the second fixed position in which the projection is arranged on the insertion opening side of the space from the first fixed position. In the toy holder 20, the opposing space of the tip end part of the projection and the second wall in the second fixed position is smaller than the opposing space of the tip end part of the projection and the second wall in the first fixed position.
