To provide an insurance point calculation system based on medical treatment quantity and an insurance point calculation method based on the medical treatment quantity, so that appropriate insurance calculation according to medical treatment can be performed.SOLUTION: A medical treatment quantity metered insurance point calculation system comprises an insurance point calculation device having: a medical treatment quantity acquisition unit which acquires medical treatment quantity as one or more of medical treatment time of medical treatment using a medical treatment unit which is used for the medical treatment of a medical treatment device used for medical action as objects of insurance, the quantity of material which is required or was required for the medical treatment, quality of the medical treatment, and medical treatment history; a first conversion rule holding unit which holds a first conversion rule as a rule which converts the medical treatment quantity into an insurance point; a first insurance point acquisition unit which acquires the insurance point on the basis of the acquired medical treatment quantity and the held first conversion rule; and a first insurance point output unit which outputs the acquired insurance point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
