To provide a technique of appropriately calling attention of a certain worker in a construction site that includes a night construction and a tunnel construction and where a sufficient visual field cannot be obtained.SOLUTION: The system includes: an attention origination device 10 arranged on a side of a work supervisor; and attention reception devices 20 respectively arranged on sides of multiple workers. The attention origination device 10 includes: a voice input section 11; a color selection section 12 for selecting one colors among multiple colors; a light emitting section 13 for emitting light of the color selected by the color selection section; and a modulation section 14 for superimposing a voice signal input from the voice input section on light to be radiated from the light emitting section. The attention reception device 20 includes: a light receiving section 21 for receiving the radiated light; a demodulation section 22 for demodulating the voice signal superimposed on the light; and a voice output section 23 for outputting the voice signal demodulated by the demodulation section as voice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
