To provide a technique which can enhance efficiency of a load delivery work.SOLUTION: A mobile body that loads and delivers cargos collected from users includes: acceptance means which accepts a collection request of a cargo from the user together with identification information of the cargo; delivery information acquisition means which acquires information of a delivery destination of the cargo associated to the identification information of the cargo; and loading control means which controls loading the cargo so as to load the cargo in a loading place in the mobile body corresponding to the delivery destination of the cargo.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
