To provide an on-vehicle device, an overloaded vehicle control method, and an overloaded vehicle control program, which can regulate travel of a vehicle in an overloaded state while suppressing an influence on the travel of the vehicle.SOLUTION: When an engine is in a stop state (S100, S102) and a vehicle is in an overloaded state (S104 to S108), storage of a history for the overloaded state, alarm display, and prohibiting processing for prohibiting start of the engine are executed (S110 to S114). Therefore, the engine is not driven, start of the vehicle is prevented, and travel of the vehicle in the overloaded state on a road can be suppressed in the vehicle in the stop state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
