To provide a control device of a multi-type air conditioning device, the multi-type air conditioning device, a control method of the multi-type air conditioning device, and a control program of the multi-type air conditioning device in which a refrigerant is adjusted by controlling an amount of required refrigerant which is fluctuated.SOLUTION: A control device 70 of a multi-type air conditioning device including at least one outdoor unit 2, and a plurality of indoor units 3 including indoor electronic expansion valves 31, performs the control to close the indoor electronic expansion valves 31 of all of stopped indoor units 3, when difference between an outlet temperature T1 of the indoor heat exchanger 30 disposed in a heating operation indoor unit 3 and a temperature T2 of a central portion is first temperature difference or less, and an excessive refrigerant amount is detected in heating, where the indoor unit 3 in operation is the operation indoor unit 3, the operated indoor unit 3 in heating operation is the heating operation indoor unit 3, and the indoor unit 3 in stopping is the stopped indoor unit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
