To reduce the consumption amount of a cleaning solvent of a nozzle and time required for cleaning.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 20 of a nozzle 10 for collecting a sample includes: a cleaning tank 41 for storing the nozzle 10; a first discharge port 42A for discharging a cleaning solvent supplied inside the cleaning tank 41 from an upper part of the cleaning tank 41; a second discharge port 42B for discharging the cleaning solvent supplied inside the cleaning tank 41 from a lower position than the first discharge port 42A of the cleaning tank 41; a detection part for detecting a range in which an outer wall of the nozzle 10 contacts with the sample; and a control part for making the cleaning solvent supplied inside the cleaning tank 41 discharged from one of the first discharge port 42A and the second discharge port 42B on the basis of detection result of the detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
