To provide a composite coat for imparting antifouling properties with the biofilm forming ability suppressed, to material surfaces such as a glass material and a metallic material.SOLUTION: A composite coat is formed by curing a coating agent in which (C) components comprising metal nanoparticles of at least one metal selected from a metal element group comprising titanium, tin, nickel, cobalt, silver, and copper, with an average particle size of 100 nm or less, are dispersed in a base material comprising a silane resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
