PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to estimate and use a physical amount with a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: An information communication system (1) causes mutual transfer of information between an on-vehicle device (21) and a motion control device (22) mounted on a vehicle (2), and a wind information predictor (45) provided on a cloud part (4). The on-vehicle device (21) derives a wind direction and a wind velocity by use of a differential pressure and a sum pressure of a pair of pressure sensors, and accumulates the same to the wind information predictor (45) as a wind state dynamic map. The wind information predictor (45) provides the wind direction and the wind velocity according to the accumulated wind state dynamic map to the motion control device (22).
