Techniques for responding to user requests using natural language machine learning based on speech samples are described. In one embodiment, an apparatus is operative to provide a bot application interface component operable to receive an interaction sample repository comprising a plurality of samples of user-to-bot interactions, and presenting the interaction sample repository to a natural language machine learning component. A sequence model can be received from the natural language machine learning component in response to presenting the interaction sample repository, including a possible interaction processing component, and user-to-bot conversation can be performed based on the sequence model.
