To provide a system capable of easily correcting character information, image information, or the like while using inexpensive software for manual preparation.SOLUTION: A prepared document correction support system includes: means for separating character information, graphic information, appearance information and display information to individually independent information; means for individually storing each separated information; means for acquiring only the character information from each information; means for dividing the character information into appropriate ranges; means for storing the character information in each appropriate range as specific range character information; means for associating the same words and the same clauses included in the character information to store them; means for acquiring change information to a word or a clause; and means for converting the same words and the same clauses stored in related term storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
