PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist in dispatching of a patrol car that is estimated to be able to reach a place where an event occurred quickly on an entrance and exit restricted road.;SOLUTION: A patrol car dispatching assistance system in an embodiment is such a patrol car dispatching support system that supports distributing of a patrol car estimated to be able to quickly reach an event occurrence place among a plurality of patrol vehicles in an entrance/exit restricted road where the exits and entrances of the vehicle are limited. In the patrol car dispatching support system, a dispatching candidate information creation unit creates dispatching candidate information including a required time to a place where an event occurs, for each of a plurality of traveling cars, based on road information stored in a storage unit, a calculated traffic condition, and a calculated patrol car condition.
