PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize physical distribution loads on the basis of the accuracy of demand forecasts.SOLUTION: The above objective is achieved by making a computer execute the processes of: acquiring a commodity demand forecast and forecast probability indicating the accuracy of the demand forecast; limiting the delivery date and delivery destination of a commodity on the basis of the demand forecast; performing delivery distribution for selectively assigning one of a plurality of temporally and hierarchically arranged warehouses as a delivery destination on the basis of the accuracy of the demand forecast, with the range of deliverable days selectively designated; finding a combination in which a difference between the maximum and the minimum of a total delivery load on each day within a prescribed period that is obtained by the delivery distribution is small; and producing temporal order placement slip data indicating a temporary order placement of a commodity to a delivery destination on the basis of a combination in which the difference is small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
