A mouse pad structure having a wireless charging coil is provided. A mouse pad structure (1) having a wireless charging coil includes a cover layer (10), a first cloth layer (20), a coil layer (30) and a silicone rubber layer (40). The cover layer 10 includes a base 11 and a plurality of receiving grooves formed on one side of the base 11. The first fabric layer 20 is provided on the base 11 and located on the other side opposite to the receiving groove. The coil layer 30 includes a plurality of coils 31 provided in the receiving groove; the silicone rubber layer 40 is embedded in the receiving groove and covers the coil 31.
