PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloud server, a local server, a program, an information processing system, and an information processing method of the information processing system allowing for simple and quick procedure for inputting transaction data.;SOLUTION: A cloud server 1 receives an input of order memo from a second terminal device 4, and transmits the order memo to a local server 2 on the basis of a transmission request from the local server 2 of a user having input the order memo. The local server 2 monitors whether the order memo to be used for order slip registration processing to be executed on the local server 2 has been received by the cloud server 1 or not, and requests the cloud server 1 to transmit the order memo when a determination is made that the order memo has been received, and receives the order memo.
