To provide a method for operating an integrated circuit device which can reduce a deviation in temperature distribution due to operation of a plurality of driving circuit blocks.SOLUTION: A first driving circuit block 311 generates a first control signal which controls a waveform of a first driving signal for driving a first capacitive load; a second driving circuit block 312 generates a second control signal which controls a waveform of a second driving signal having the maximum amplitude smaller than that of the first driving signal for driving the first capacitive load; a third driving circuit block 313 generates a third control signal which controls a waveform of a third driving signal for driving a second capacitive load; and a fourth driving circuit block 314 generates a fourth control signal which controls a waveform of a fourth driving signal having the maximum amplitude smaller than that of the third driving signal for driving the second capacitive load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
