To efficiently determine whether or not a measured value of a measuring device which measures a state that changes according to an operation state of a plant is normal without using a large-scale network environment.SOLUTION: A measuring determination device 20 comprises: an identification part 30 identifying measuring devices 10a, 10b; a measured value acquisition part 40 acquiring data of the measured values obtained from the measuring devices 10a, 10b; an allowable range storage part 50 storing, for the measured values of the measuring devices 10a, 10b, an allowable range determined according to an operation state of a plant; a determination part 51 determining whether or not the measured values acquired in the measured value acquisition part 40 fall within the allowable range stored in the allowable range storage part 50; and a determination display part 62 displaying a result determined in the determination part 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
