PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of acquiring information necessary for use situation analysis even in the case of information relating to the parking lot suppressing equipment investment.SOLUTION: A parking lot use information collection device performs a process for making the vehicle number, the entry time, and the exit time correspond to each other for each vehicle. The vehicle room estimated to be parked for each vehicle number is acquired from both of the time zone (first time range) having a high possibility of changing a vehicle room from empty to fill-up and the time zone (second time zone) having a high possibility of changing from the fill-up to the empty. Consequently, there is no need to install a camera and the like for detecting the vehicle number for each vehicle room, and it is enough to arrange the sensor which can acquire information of fill-up/empty for each vehicle room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
