PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance that can be held by hand and is brought into contact with an arbitrary affected part to apply a stimulus such as heat.;SOLUTION: A health appliance 1 at least includes a bag-like body 10 having a predetermined storage part on both surfaces, a heat generation body 30 such as a body warmer stored in the storage part on one side surface of the bag-like body 10, and a predetermined heat transfer body 20 stored in the storage part on the other side surface of the bag-like body 10 for transferring the heat of the heat generation body 30.
