PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody which enable the accurate and convenient detection of a mutant protein S having K196E mutation, or a fragment thereof, to provide an immunological diagnosis composition containing the antibody or a fragment thereof, to provide a method for detecting mutant human protein S, and to provide a kit containing the antibody or a fragment thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides an antibody or a fragment thereof which binds to CKNGFVMLSNE (sequence ID NO. 2) with significantly higher affinity than to CKNGFVMLSNK (sequence ID NO. 3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
