PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb structure with light weight, easily manufactured, having vibration absorbability and impact absorbing function, and a mold for molding a honeycomb structure .;SOLUTION: A honeycomb structure 1 according to the present invention is made of an aggregate of a plurality of cells 2, each having a plurality of, at least three, side walls 3 and formed into a polygonal cylindrical form in a planar view. The aggregate of the plurality of cells 2 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material or a rubber material.
